Dr. Nathan T. Thomas is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with extensive experience in women’s healthcare, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and aesthetic vulvovaginal procedures. A Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Thomas received his medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency through the Phoenix Integrated Residency Program. Building upon his years of private-practice experience, Dr. Thomas pursued specialized fellowship training through the Alinsod Institute of Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery, expanding his expertise in advanced cosmetic gynecology techniques and aesthetic vaginal surgery. His surgical practice includes labiaplasty, vaginal rejuvenation, perineoplasty, clitoral hood reduction, clitoropexy, labia majora reduction and augmentation, labia minora augmentation, monsplasty, and revision vaginal surgery. Dr. Thomas also incorporates laser and radiofrequency technologies into his practice, offering nonsurgical treatment options for selected vulvovaginal concerns. His experience extends beyond aesthetic surgery to include urinary incontinence, pelvic weakness and prolapse, lichen sclerosus, vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, menopause management, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
